"Platform": refers to El Défilé's web-based dashboard for vendors and the mobile application for retailers.
"Vendor": refers to businesses using the platform to sell clothing.
"Retailer": refers to businesses purchasing clothing through the platform.
"OK Tech": refers to the company operating and maintaining the platform.
Retailers must provide accurate registration details, including first name, last name, shop name, and phone number.
Vendors must contact OK Tech for account setup. Self-registration is not available for vendors.
Retailers can browse product listings without providing additional information.
To place an order, Retailers must supply address details and may optionally share a precise location via the app.
Retailers agree to ensure the accuracy of all information provided during registration and ordering.
Vendors can manage product details, stock availability, and order statuses through their dashboards.
Vendors determine shipping fees and must communicate these fees clearly when setting the order status to "shipping."
Vendors agree to ensure the accuracy of all information provided about all products they are selling on the platform.
Retailers may choose to pay online, on delivery, or a combination of both.
Delivery fees are determined by the Vendor and will be displayed to the Retailer after the fees are calculated.
Retailers may leave reviews for products after delivery. Reviews are optional and should reflect honest experiences.
Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of information, is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized access to other users' accounts is forbidden.
OK Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for violations of these Terms or other misconduct.
OK Tech provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
OK Tech is not responsible for disputes between Vendors and Retailers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Egyptian courts.
